I was just about to believe that the only highlight to my day today would be shaving my legs with this nifty new razor and eating yummy gum. Because as it was going, that was all that was exciting. Yes. I know...pathetic. But I do have my days every so often...today was one of them.

But whats this? A surprise phone call? (surpise cause i logged off the internet and i go into the office to see that im on again somehow, and two is cause Carly called and I thought she was gonna be in Minnesota till Saturday, wonderful surprise!) So I hear she is back in town and icecream awaits and Im like shit yea thats cool conmigo.

We got to the Twisted Cow and it's just a really joyeous time. We didnt even get out of the driveway yet and we were laughing about silly happenings while we were both away. It was so nice to see Carly, it really brought a smile to my face. It was one of those nice surprises that radiates in happy.

We talked about all sorts of stuff at the Cow. I've realized that it's just a really nice place to talk. I think it's the fact that I usually go there con really great people, I'm usually eating really tasty icecream (which is shockingly fat-free frozen yogurt). Plus it's a lovely, refreshing atmosphere all in itself. Hmm..no wonder it rocks.

After a while, we had already finished our icecream but still had a lot to laugh about afterwards. We stayed for a while then hyper active Jenny felt it necessary to go and do something. So the plan was to go to the park and jump off swings. We get there and we are trying to figure out where to park.

I suggest this one spot Erin and I usually park at but I have this reoccuring thought that it's illegal considering there is this pump like thing right in the little knitch. It's okay I guess as long as there are no trucks needing to back in there and use that little box thing. We didnt wanna take a chance, so we went to park on the curb.

The curb was along side this ditch and little did we know, there was this rusty waterpipe hidden along side of it. That was a slight damper to our plans of swinging, but it was too the point where we were like "Hey...I'm still in a really good mood despite the crazy circumstances...rock on." But we rocked on else where lols.

But in all that crazy excitement, Manda came out and said hello. That made me really happy. It was really wonderful to be able to see both of them that day when they got back, I was overflowing with joy. Almost to the point I was chokin because I wanted to exclaim the happy but I couldnt find the words. So I just swam in it.

We went to Lake Linden after and watched little kids fish. It was highly amusing to see them try to cast as we told our own fish stories. And it was nice. It was a nice surprise that they came home early. It rocked. It's wonderful to think about how you miss some people...and then you see them.

And now I'm making chocolate chip expresso cookies with my ma. If anyone wants any, stop by. It's my first time making them and so far, they look pretty damn good (though they havent even cooked yet...) I will be making random visits delivering some so yea...expect the unexpected kids ;0)

PS: Did you notice how all these lovely paragraphs seems to be 4 lines long? At first it was just a fluke...now I cant tell if I am just trying to keep it going or not. I kinda feel all obsessive compulsive now...gotta have 4 lines dammit! 4 lines!! ::sigh of relief:: Good grief thats sad lol. Im such a weirdo sometimes..err.. yea...::darts eyes::
